The IFDA Educational Foundation announced that is now accepting applications for the third and final Raymond Waites Design Competition. Open to full-time undergraduate interior design students, the competition will award one winner a $5,000 cash prize and a trip to the October 2015 High Point International Home Furnishings Market. The winner will also be hailed as guest of honor, and his or her winning entry will be put on display at a special event hosted by designer Waites at the 200 Steele Building.

As Waites says, “The principles of the Raymond Waites Design Competition are to foster creative spirit, visual inspiration and rooms that have an emotional warmth, rooms that are comfortable, friendly and display an ageless mix of design influences reflecting various cultures.”
