Over the past few weeks, numerous design brands have completed major online overhauls—from building new features and easier navigation to rolling out e-commerce platforms. Here’s a look at what’s new from Aero, Domaine Home, Garrett Leather and Tom Dixon.

Following a website overhaul earlier this year and many years of requests from loyal Aero shoppers, Aerostudios.com is now shop-able with an e-commerce component. Departing from a classic e-commerce catalog of products, the online store is designed as a true extension of the Aero store, with carefully edited gatherings of items, photographed as they might be seen while walking through Aero. Vignettes will be updated regularly and will offer a focus on exclusive Aero products, fine art, vintage refurbished furniture and lighting and seasonal themes. In addition, many other items in the website’s more extensive product library have been enabled for sale.

Aside from a major face-lift, Domaine Home has revamped several major features of its website. New features include a new and easier navigable mobile site, a new “river” scrolling homepage format as opposed to the static layout, scrolling slideshows, the option to browse by category and see what’s trending, featured videos and the option to read related stories to what you’ve previously clicked on.

Garrett Leather has made online leather purchasing easier with its new website, which includes an exclusive, membership only, VIP area, where members will enjoy special online privileges 24 hours a day. Designers can check inventory availability, confirm prices, place items on reserve, make online purchases, view recent online orders and manage billing and shipping addresses. In addition, Garrett Leather has updated its shopping cart so designers can request samples and dyleot cuttings anytime, and added an events page to highlight upcoming tradeshows, CEUs, and other industry event.

Tom Dixon has launched an all new website, with updated features and easier navigation for purchasing products. In the coming months, Tom Dixon will also begin to roll out international shipping for online orders. In addition, the new site shares the latest interior projects from across the globe as well as inspiration to help designers plan projects.
