Design House International (DHI) has confirmed East and West Coast media partners and designers for the inaugural bicoastal showcase house at Hempstead House on Long Island’s Gold Coast and Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills this November.

HOUSE/Design, Architecture, Lifestyle and California Homes are the exclusive shelter publication partners for Hempstead House and Greystone Mansion, respectively. More than 35 designers have been selected to participate in the unprecedented “Titans of Business” and the “Best of Design” themed showcase house events.

“We are delighted to have such influential, locally-based media partners,” said Lawrence Lazzaro, DHI’s CEO. “There is an intrinsic bond between both publications and their regional audiences. Yet, there is a greater story to tell, one of national interest because of the bicoastal, business-inspired theme.”

“Our rationale...is grounded in the premise that interior designers influence style and their accomplished clients impact many of our day-to-day lifestyle choices. We envision unparalleled creativity and spectacular design to unfold as the rooms are transformed,” he said.
