New York and L.A.-based designer Tim Campbell unveiled the latest Designer Windows series for West Hollywood showroom Decorative Carpets last week.

The windows give a first look at three new pieces from Studio Tim Campbell’s custom table line: the Parsons Table, the Baroque Game Table, and the Berlin Table. Atop each table are signature Studio Tim Campbell wood lacquered trays with displays of African beads, ceremonial artifacts, spice vessels, urns, Ethiopian milk jugs, and Turkish artifacts.

The windows feature the newest collection, Tribal, hand-knotted rugs inspired by tribal shapes and textures in eight designs—a mix of wool, hemp and silk with patterns that feel inviting and modern. Inspired by Africa, Campbell combines his love for color and patterning with his fascination for storytelling.

“I was greatly honored when Decorative Carpets asked my firm to participate in the ‘Designer Windows at Decorative Carpets’ series,” said Campbell. “Like me, they constantly comb the world for the latest colors, styles and trends, and transform those into beautiful objects.”

The street-facing windows of the showroom, at 8900 Melrose Avenue, will remain up through early July.
