LAMP (Lighting Architecture Movement Project) is seeking submissions for its fourth-ever lighting competition, which asks designers to approach their designs with the guidance of one word: “Cosmic,” this year’s theme.

The organization will name the judging panel on April 15; last year’s judges included Nancy Bendtsen of Inform Interiors, Omer Arbel of Bocci Design, John Patkau of Patkau Architects, Tom Dixon, Michael Anastassiades, Falken Reynolds, and the team from ANDlight (Lukas Peet, Caine Heintzman and Matt Davis).

Open to designers worldwide, the competition is accepting entries in three designer categories: Student, Emerging, and Established. Submissions will be accepted from June 1 through August 15, and a celebratory event will be held in Vancouver in November.
