ProductFIND, a new tool that links Interior Design and the online community and product directory Architonic, will provide architects, designers, homeowners and design enthusiasts with a consolidated product database. The partnership allows Interior Design to represent Architonic in the North American market; Architonic will add the media company’s productFIND package to its portfolio in the European and Asian markets (Architonic’s current database provides details on more than 300,000 products across 1,500 brands and 6,200 designers).
The program is a single database that includes products accessible via either InteriorDesign.net or Architonic.com. Products in the database will be promoted to the industry via content, social media and newsletters. “Our proprietary industry research indicates that the current designer specifies 4.7 million dollars in product a year,” shares Carol J. Cisco, publisher of Interior Design. “By joining forces with Architonic, an established global leader in premium product search, productFIND will provide the most powerful specification tool on the market for design professionals, while delivering maximum exposure and qualified leads for manufacturers.”
