Many don't realize that each High Point Market typically generates over 350 tons of cardboard and other recyclable materials. As a result, the City of High Point and the High Point Market Authority asks showrooms to follow a set of guidelines to properly handle trash and recycling during Markets—and they give an award to the showroom that does this best.
