Over 250 guests gathered to celebrate the opening of the new Liaigre NoMad showroom, the brand’s largest U.S. location, which presents newly launched furniture collection pieces as well as the Liaigre Mirabeau Wardrobe, an offering previously reserved for Liaigre Studio projects.
Guests were welcomed by the Liaigre team, including president of Liaigre Holdings Christophe Caillaud, Liaigre creative director Frauke Meyer. Notable attendees included Antony Todd, Catherine Holstein of Khaite, Delphine Krakoff, Jacqueline Terrebonne, Erika Heet, Jorge Arango, Peter Som, Pilar Viladas, Ryan Korban, Glenn Gissler, Stephen Earle, and Michael Tavano.
“As we celebrate the fifth anniversary of our first New York location, we felt the time was perfect for expanding our Manhattan portfolio,” says Thais Roda, CEO of Liaigre Inc. “The Upper East Side Liaigre Townhouse is well known among the interior designer cognoscenti, and we felt strongly that opening on lower Madison Avenue will help us bring the Liaigre aesthetic to a broader audience in a neighborhood that is a premier design destination. Through this central location, clients are able to experience Liaigre in a new way; the showroom design was conceived as a real design project and the NoMad address offers the quintessential Liaigre spirit and style, exceptional materials and refined details. We were pleased to open our doors and officially celebrate the opening of our new space.”
