Your Role
Nate Berkus Associates New York is looking for a Project Manager that would provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager, Partner, and Principal.

What You Will Do
• Prepare floor plans, renderings/sketches (as needed) and presentations
o Create new floor plans
o Check selections in preparation for meeting, PM to complete final sign off
o Create elevations for meeting prep
o Create custom shop drawings for vendors
o Dimension plans for Design Directors
o Final print drawings for meetings
o Update CAD files post meeting to reflect client final selections
o Gather pricing and samples of materials
o Attend Client meetings and site visits
o Assemble and organize various schedules for Contractors and Architects
o Assist Design Directors and Project Management Director with all tasks

Job Requirements

Your Qualifications
• Three or more years’ experience as a Designer in the design field
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related project management field
• Ability to work with a degree of accuracy of timing
• Organization, efficiency, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is essential
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Advanced proficiency in CAD, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
