This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, self motivated, and goal oriented Junior Designer with impeccable attention to detail to join a collaborative and passionate firm. You will work closely with a small design team on all aspects of design and project management. We are looking for someone eager to continue learning, evolving and growing as a Designer.
Collaborate with senior designer to develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client requirements and project goals.
Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence.
Coordinate the ordering of materials and furnishings, expediting deliveries to meet project timelines and ensuring quality control.
Assist in space planning and layout design for various interior spaces, optimizing functionality and aesthetics.
Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in accordance with project specifications and budgets.
Prepare detailed design drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, budget tracking, and on-site coordination and management of installations and photoshoots.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
1-3 years of professional residential design experience
Strong grasp of the design process and project delivery
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong presentation skills, including space planning, hand and digital drafting
Knowledge of furniture, fabric and finishes
Proficiency in AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Studio Designer, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Google Workspace, Dropbox, TickTick and other softwares a plus
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
Deadline driven, self motivated and goal oriented with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with San Francisco Design Center and local vendors
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
