STUDIO KEETA is seeking an experienced Interiors Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction and a discerning design eye to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, creative, and confident — someone who leads projects through every phase, thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates seamlessly, and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Project management skills and a strong knowledge of high-end residential construction are key to the role. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of high-end design experience and has a positive, can-do attitude. Applicants need to be personable, highly organized, self-motivated. This is a young, rising studio suited for somebody eager to take ownership of their work and be an integral member of a growing design firm with exciting projects.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end interior design or architectural design
- Degree from an accredited school
- Full knowledge of the design process: Conception, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Sourcing, Procurement, and Installation
- Expert in AutoCad, Sketchup, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Asana, and Google Suite
- Sharp problem-solving, analytic, and creative-thinking skills
- Keen eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible working style and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of
- High-level of integrity and dependability
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and able to anticipate the next steps forward
- Knowledge of design principles and design history
- Positive, energetic energy (we enjoy the work and each other!)
- Hand-sketching skills are a plus
- Has a vehicle and can easily get around Los Angeles
- Ability to work in person in Los Angeles. The Studio is located in Atwater Village.
