Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, correspondence, and task follow-ups.
• Support the sales team by providing reporting assistance, call reporting, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on team activities and client interactions.
• Prepare and process sales documents, proposals, and presentations to facilitate business development efforts.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of sales activities.
• Manage financial tasks including rebate payment processing, invoicing, account reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and product vendors to enhance communication and support organizational workflows.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, delivering professional and courteous customer service.
• Organize and maintain office files, optimizing accessibility and accuracy.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events and campaigns that reinforce BKBG's market leadership.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency and goals.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment.
• Basic bookkeeping skills with proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems to streamline operations.
• Background in customer service or sales support is an advantage.
