We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our small-to-mid-sized residential interior design firm based in Dallas. This is a full-time, salaried position for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and is highly detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily bookkeeping and financial management using Studio Designer
Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Partnering with individual interior designers on project-specific accounting
Collaborating closely with the Principal/Owner to manage overall firm finances
Monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting (experience in interior design or creative services preferred)
Proficiency with Studio Designer is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Availability for full time-in office work.
