Atlanta, London, New York City, San Francisco, Palm Beach and Fort Worth will be hubs for both time-honored and newbie antiques shows opening this winter. Read on for a list, by city, of what to expect in your neck of the woods.

Atlanta, January 7-8

The inaugural 1st Find at The Farm will take place in tents at the Broder Family farm in Stockbridge, Georgia, among live music and food trucks. Put on by the Antique and Design Center of High Point, anchor dealers include Art & Antique Hunter, Sheffield Antiques, Carol O’Steen, Oliver Fleury Antiques.

On January 7, interior designer Tobi Fairley will present “Finding Inspiration In The Mix—Layering Antiques Into Your Design For a Fresh Look,” followed by a guided show walk-through and a private wine and dine event.

The show runs concurrently with the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market (Jan 7 - 14). Gates will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7 and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8.

London, January 21 – 26

This year, the Decorative Fair will feature a special exhibition of Russian winter sports paintings to mark the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, staged by Decorative Fair exhibitor John Barkes, a London-based dealer in Soviet realist paintings.

Held thrice-yearly at Battersea Evolution at Battersea Park, the show features 140 exhibitors known for Gustavian and Swedish design, 20th century design, lighting, accessories, furniture, and mirrors.

Show hours are Tuesday, January 21 from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 22 and Thursday, January 23 from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; and Sunday, January 26 from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

New York City, January 24 – 26

The Armory Antique Show debuted in 1995, originally known as "Antiques at the (Other) Armory." This show has become a mainstay of Americana Week in New York and features 100 select exhibits of fine and affordable American & European antiques, period furniture, Americana, folk art, garden & architectural artifacts, and fine art and prints.

Key exhibitors include American Garage, Jewett-Berdan Antiques, Norwoods Spirit of America, Victor Weinblatt and Drucker Antiques.

The show takes place at the 69th Regiment Armory at 26th Street and Lexington Avenue. Show hours are Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 26 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

New York City, January 24 – February 2

The Winter Antiques Show marks its 60th year in 2014 as one of the most prestigious antiques show in America, featuring the "best of the best" from antiquities through the 1960s. Among the 73 experts in American, English, European, Asian, and 20th century fine and decorative arts are Hyde Park Antiques, Derek Johns Ltd, Delany Antique Clocks, Martyn Gregory, Schwarz Gallery, Robert Young Antiques and first-time exhibitor R-20th Century.

Throughout the show’s 10-day run there will be numerous special events including the Opening Night Party, Young Collector’s Night as well as the Expert Eye Book Signing. Show hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Sunday and Thursday from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the famed Park Avenue Armory.

San Francisco, February 7 – 9

Collectors, curators and art professionals have long hailed the San Francisco Tribal Art & Textiles Show as one of the best tribal art shows in the market. The 2014 show will feature more than 15,000 pieces from nearly 100 national and international tribal and textile arts specialists. The antiques and artifacts chosen for exhibition have been vetted to ensure authenticity, quality and prominence.

The show will take place at the Festival Pavilion at 2 Marina Blvd. in San Francisco. Show hours are Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 9 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Palm Beach, February 14-18

A highlight of this year's Palm Beach Show will be the "Hope Designer Showcase," curated by AD100 interior designer Scott Snyder. The exhibit will feature five room vignettes created by Snyder and other top interior designers, including Bruce Bierman, Jim Aman and John Meeks, and Campion Platt. The designers will utilize fine art, furniture and decorative accessories from exhibitors in the show to create beautiful spaces that exemplify how antiques integrate into today's lifestyles.

Featuring 180 renowned international dealers, the show takes place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Show hours are Saturday, February 15 – Monday, February 17 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 18 from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Fort Worth, March 7 – 8

In tribute to the diversity of the 51st annual Fort Worth Show of Antiques and Art show, the 2014 show theme will be “Mix It Up! Mixing Styles of Antiques.” Exhibitors will showcase vignettes that unite styles: an office with a traditional wooden desk and mid-century modern seating, balanced by industrial lighting and a Swedish print.

This year’s show will also features six exhibitors who own shops across Texas, including LR Antiques of Houston, Adele Kerr & Co. of New Braunfels, the new shop ReVAMP in San Antonio and famed Dallas shop Again & Again. The six shops will bring a taste of their style to the Fort Worth show, putting their own twist on the theme.

The show will take place at the Will Rogers Memorial Center at 3400 Burnett-Tandy in Forth Worth’s Texas Cultural District. Show hours are Friday, March 7 from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 8 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
