As President, Druckman will govern and set policies for the organization, raise awareness, and set the tone for brand and marketing initiatives for the organization, which provides after-school activities and enrichment programs for more than 12,000 young people throughout the Bronx. He will also lead fundraising efforts for both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse, which is celebrating its 40th year in 2012.

“Jim has been an integral part of our organization and Show House for many years and we look forward to his guidance and support in the years to come,” said Dan Quintero, Executive Director,  Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.   “We are grateful to Paul Ross for his 30 years of service and his contributions to our great organization.

“I am honored to expand my role with the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club by contributing my leadership to such a worthy organization that helps builds character and leadership in our youth,” said Druckman. “I look forward to working with Dan and his team to further the impact of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.”
