Curbed National, a new blog for the Curbed Network went live today. According to editor Sarah Firshein, the blog will incorporate interior design and decor, featuring the emerging class of celebrity designers, interiors in unexpected places, as well as the world of design blogs and the shelter magazine universe.

As a launch day stunt, Curbed bloggers are delivering customized dollhouses to the editors in chief of the six most important shelter magazines—each with a curated set of decor, which editors will be asked to arrange and photograph for Curbed. Photos will appear on the site later today.

The concept brings to life Curbed National's mission to "rearrange the too-polite world of design."
