Christmas is coming to the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, where eight designer-decorated Christmas trees will take the stage. As in years past, the trees will be decorated around a children’s storybook theme; this year’s is “A Very New York Christmas,” which draws its inspiration from the Michael Storrings book. The book features New York landmarks “dressed up” for the holiday season, including the museum. The event opens December 4 for a holiday luncheon and book signing with special guest Storrings.

This year's participating designers include:

Entrance hall by Michael Storrings, artist, designer, author and creative director, St. Martin’s Press

North parlor by Victoria Kirk, interior designer, Victoria Kirk Interiors, Mamaroneck, NY

Downstairs sitting room by Jennifer Condon, interior designer, Hewitt Hancock, Pelham, NY

Dining room by Byron C. James-Rodrigues, principal and creative director, House of Oasis, New York City

Upstairs parlor by Benjamin Bradley, E&Co. Home, New York City

Lannuier bedchamber by husband-and-wife team Mike Gracie and Paula McKeever, Gracie, New York City and Pelham, NY

Clarina Bartow’s bedchamber by Suzanne Eason, Suzanne Eason Interiors, Greenwich, CT

George Bartow’s bedchamber by Barbara Feinstein, BFein Interiors, Scarsdale, NY
