On September 13, B&B Italia hosted an immersive event delving into the world of Nina Magon. Her first monograph, Evoke, depicts the designer’s incredible journey into interior design, which has been heavily influenced by fashion and travel. The launch party, which was held during New York Fashion Week in partnership with Balmain Paris, invited guests to view the fashion brand’s new fall collection as worn by eight models who circulated throughout the B&B Italia showroom.
More than 350 guests were on hand to fete the designer, including CEO of B&B Italia Francesco Farina, managing director of Flos Cinzia Bernasconi, CEO of Studio M Lighting Naomi Sperling, Nina Kohler, CEO of BeDesign Adrian Dueñas, Ramona Singer of The Real Housewives of New York, Robert Rufino, Michael Boodro of Chairish, Sarah Shelton of Luxe, Jackie Terrebonne of Galerie, CEO of Monacelli Philip Ruppel, Hadley Keller, Michael Diaz-Griffith, Ippolita Rostagno of Artemest, David Hamilton of Veranda and global creative strategist for Kohler Samie Barr.
“Held on the closing day of New York Fashion Week, this event celebrating the launch of Nina Magon’s monograph from The Monacelli Press merged the worlds of fashion, design, art and culture, bringing together the most creative talents from these divergent fields to fete the importance of design in full force,” said Orane Abezis, design director of B&B Italia.
