This is a full-time on-site role located in Richmond, VA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, customer service, inventory, and staff. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for assisting with store merchandising and helping to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications
Experience in home decorating and design
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or similar
