Kate spent nearly two decades at O’Hara Interiors, ultimately serving as its second-generation CEO and leading a team of nearly 40 people across three markets.
She also co-owns the Design Influencers Conference, holds a recurring segment on A Well-Designed Business, and has appeared with her firm in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business of Home, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Veranda.
