This is your chance to step inside one of Beacon’s most storied residences!
Join us for an exclusive tour of a beautifully restored 1890 Victorian home in the heart of Beacon, New York. The home has been reimagined by Faust Design Build for modern living—taking a house with history and giving it a new life.
This three-story gem features a kitchen, living room, dining room and family room on the main floor; 4 bedrooms; 5 bathrooms; an office plus a bonus room; and a secret garden tucked away in the backyard. Interior design is by Jacklyn Faust Maietta, who thoughtfully preserved the history and original details of the home.
This special event is dedicated to the home’s beloved former owner, Florence Northcutt—longtime president of the Howland Cultural Center—who passed away in 2024. The Fausts purchased the home from Florence’s family, and this tour celebrates her legacy and love for the Beacon community.
All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Florence Northcutt Legacy Fund at the Howland Cultural Center and the Beacon Historical Society.
Come celebrate local history, timeless architecture, and a woman who helped shape Beacon’s cultural heart.
The house will be for sale following the showcase. For additional information and questions please contact info@faustdesignbuild.com.
Saturday, June 21 from 12-4 PM and Sunday, June 22 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
Parking Information:
