On the evening of September 12, following the opening day of the fourth annual Future of Home conference in New York, attendees gathered at the EQ3 showroom on Seventh Avenue for a celebratory cocktail reception. While conversing with industry colleagues, guests indulged in seasonal hors d’oeuvres and refreshments from The Pinot Project and enjoyed live music by saxophonist Noel Haye, personal live sketches by Deanna First and an exclusive preview of Q3’s autumn-winter 2022 collection.
Timeless designs combining comfort, innovation and lasting materials filled the Chelsea showroom, a life-size jewel box of glass and steel, its spacious layout encouraging guests to linger over the solid-wood and environmently sensitive designs, hand-made upholstery in luxe fabrics and leathers and accessories to match.
Business of Home editor in chief Kaitlin Petersen welcomed visitors into the showroom, remarking on the importance of the store’s presence in the New York design landscape since its opening in 2019. In his comments, chief design officer Enri Tielmann shared how EQ3 values timeless design, quality materials, accessible price points and customization options.
