Vicente Wolf to receive HC&G Innovator Award

Along with many top names in the Hamptons design world, interior designer Vicente Wolf will be honored at the 3rd annual HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens) Innovation in Design Awards (IDAs) gala at East Hampton’s Guild Hall August 8.

The Innovator Award is presented to an icon of the design industry—one who has achieved an overarching level of innovation and excellence, and whose work and vision has touched various corners of the globe. Previous Innovators include Jack Lenor Larsen and Stephanie Odegard.

The IDAs will recognize top designs across the Hamptons, and will be judged by an exclusive panel comprised of key influencers in the design industry of their respective fields. They include Milly de Cabrol of Milly de Cabrol, Ltd., Jamie Drake of Drake Design Associates, Stephanie Odegard of Stephanie Odegard Collection, Tom Scheerer of Tom Scheerer Incorporated, Robert Stilin of Robert Stilin, LLC and Tim Street-Porter of Tim Street Porter Studio.

Categories include architecture, interiors, kitchen, bath, garden, and new this year is product design. The winners will be announced at the gala in August and the winning projects will be featured in the September 2013 issue of HC&G. HC&G’s deadline for entries is Wednesday, June 5.
