Traditional Home magazine’s fourth annual Napa Valley Showhouse, spread over three historic properties in downtown Napa, will spotlight the work of 20-plus designers. The showhouse, which will benefit the Napa Valley Film Festival, will offer daily open houses and wine tastings from October 24 to November 15. And the magazine will host a finale gala that will coincide with the film festival.

Traditional Home editor in chief Ann Omvig Maine delves deeper into the showhouse’s location: “I have a soft spot for a good before-and-after story—and what’s happening along Randolph Street in Napa’s downtown historic district is the perfect example of what I love most. The amazing designers we are working with have thoughtfully and cleverly transformed these homes in fresh ways that celebrate the unique beauty and charm of the past. This showhouse will truly be one for the history books!”

The properties include:
•    The Inn on Randolph (411 Randolph St.), a 1860 Victorian that was first home to matriarch Hannah Moore before being transformed into a clinic and delivery room in 1910. Today, it is a top-rated bed-and-breakfast.
•    The Napa Bungalow (367 Randolph St.), a private home occupied by newlywed high school sweethearts and featuring original woodwork and Victorian-style corbels.
•    The Tudor Revival (375 Randolph St.), a 1935 property now owned by an artisanal winemaker and originally constructed as a wedding gift for Dorothy and Hector MacLean, who founded the Napa Valley Players.
