New York design events slow down in the summertime, offering a brief reprieve and a chance to reset before the Fall season. But by the end of July, the design world is ready for a snack. Timed perfectly each year, the Hampton Designer Showhouse in Bridgehampton feeds our appetites, serving up the best design ideas from the region's top designers.
Opening this year with a cocktail party on July 23, the showhouse is once again sponsored by Traditional Home and raises money for Southampton Hospital.
This year, the Honorary Showhouse Chairman of the event will be Mario Buatta. Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton will be the Honorary Design Co-Chairs.
This year's designers include Aurélien Gallet LLC, Bakes and Company, Baltimore Design Group, Brady Design, Carole Reed Design, Donald Schermerhorn, Eddie Lee Inc. , Eileen Kathryn Boyd Interiors, Haus Interior, Jennifer McGee Design, Inc., Joy Tribout, Katie Ridder Inc., Keith Carroll, Lillian August, Meg Braff Designs, LLC, Mendelson Group, Inc., Patricia Fisher, Robert Stilin, Ron Fiore, Tilton Fenwick LLC, Tobi Fairley Interior Design, and Welhil Interiors.
Admission is $30 and includes a Journal. Tickets may be purchased at the door or may be purchased in advance. The house is open daily from July 24 to September 4, 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
