The Design Center’s second annual Outdoor Design Conference will arrive at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart on March 10, bringing with it the latest products and techniques for designing outdoor spaces, open houses in 31 permanent showrooms, CEU seminars, and a keynote that gives a behind-the-scenes look at Chicago’s famous outdoor parks.

“I am thrilled to bring back the Outdoor Design Conference to Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, and look forward to this year’s keynote presentation ‘Chicago’s Great Outdoor Parks,’ including The 606, Chicago Riverwalk, and Maggie Daley Park,” Julia Chappell, the Design Center’s managing director of marketing, tells EAL. “The panel we put together features Chicago’s top architects, who will provide an enlightening look at the dedication and commitment to city planning, outdoor design and landscape architecture. In addition, attendees will be the first to see new product debuts from world-class showrooms in the casual furnishings industry, like Brown Jordan, Poly-Wood, Anacara Company and many more.”
