With its issue debut yesterday, Matchbook is an online lifestyle publication "celebrating classics—shaken and stirred." In addition to home decor, it covers fashion, the arts, travel and culture. "Consider us your field guide to a charmed life," writes the editor.

The magazine is co-founded by the bi-coastal duo San Francisco-based Katie Armour, editorial director and author of The Neo Traditionalist blog, and New York-based Jane Lilly Warren, creative director.

The first issue contains a star list of features including photo tours of Mr. Boddington's Studio, Scott Guthrie's worldly Chelsea apartment, and fashion designer Lela Rose's contemporary Tribeca apartment, Q&A stories with decorator, editor and "girl-about-town" Rita Konig and decoupage artist and designer John Derian, "10 Secrets of a Charmed Life" by Miles Redd, and a food story with budding gourmand former model Sophie Dahl.
