Laurel & Wolf, an online interior design service, and Richman Signature Properties, a luxury rental property management company, have partnered this summer to give the residents of Richman communities access to a team of professional designers, insights on the latest trends and a selection of exclusive paint colors in order to achieve personalized living spaces.
Residents will have access to these design amenities when they choose the Live Prettier move-in gift. With this gift, they are encouraged to modify their space, including its paint color, even though the communities are rentals. Richman offers two other move-in gift options: Live Easier (a one-year membership to Shipt) and Live Healthier (a new Fitbit Flex).
“A residence is not a home until you put your signature touch on it, and Richman Signature Properties wants to make sure we’re empowering our residents to do just that,” said Kristen Gucwa, the company’s vice president of marketing. “Through our partnerships with like-minded brands like Laurel & Wolf, we’re giving residents the freedom to explore their individuality and help us reimagine rental living.”
Richman Signature Properties currently has communities in New York, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Illinois and Texas.
