Holiday House Hamptons is gearing up for its second edition, set to take place this summer (June 29 – August 10) in partnership with HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens) at a new location—Watchcase in Sag Harbor.
A 130-year-old historic, former factory, Watchcase is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation by the Cape Advisors developers, who are turning it into the Hampton’s first resort-style luxury condominium project. Designer Steven Gambrel outfitted the building’s first model apartment.
A stellar list of interior designers will create original holiday-themed indoor and outdoor living spaces throughout three Watchcase homes—a townhouse, a penthouse and a bungalow—following the theme “Luxurious Summer Fun.”
Clockwise from top: Michelle Smith, Thom Filicia, Tamara Magel, Ford Huniford, Milly de Cabrol
Participating designers include Thom Filicia, Bjornen Design, Brady Design, Campion Platt, Dale Cohen Studio, Elizabeth Dow Home, Elsa Soyars Interior Design, Huniford Design, Milly de Cabrol LTD, Tamara Magel Home, Scott Formby, Studio MRS, Vicente Wolf and West Chin Architects & Interior Designers.
Iris Dankner and Christopher Hyland are the Co-Chairs of the event, Gambrel is the Honorary Design Chair, and Mary McDonald, Filicia and Wolf are Design Chairs.
Show house designer Campion Platt has designed three window vignettes at Fendi Casa’s 153 Madison Avenue flagship showroom to help raise awareness. Three vignettes, themed Oasis, Ocean and Opulence are inspired by the show house’s theme. The windows are on display through July 31.
The Holiday House Hamptons Opening Night White Gala will take place on the evening of Saturday, June 28, kicking off an array of events to take place during the six weeks the show house is open to the public. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
