Fall AVENUE Antiques, Art & Design Show sets dealers

This year's Fall AVENUE Antiques, Art & Design Show at the Park Avenue Armory will run from September 20-24. Over 50 dealers will feature a diverse range of international art and antiques with a strong emphasis on American and European Fine Arts and Painting.

Connoisseurs and neophytes alike will enjoy world-class French, English, Italian and Continental furniture from the 17th century through Mid Century Modern; Fine Art from the 19th Century European to Modern and American Contemporary, works on paper; Fine Silver including English; Tiffany; Jensen; Art Deco and Italian Modernist; Russian Antiquities; Antique Enamels, Rugs and Tapestries, English and Chinese export porcelain; Ceramics; Pottery; Sculpture; Decorative Glass; Antique, Estate and Fine Jewelry; Vintage and Contemporary Photography, Vintage Handbags; Vintage Posters, Rare Books, Manuscripts and Important Documents and more. The show has increased its Fine Arts selection this year with the addition of the NY and London-based Waterhouse & Dodd, Paris-based Martin du Louvre, NY-based Rehs Galleries, Inc and MME Fine Art, and Florida-based Art Link International. The show also welcomes its first major photography exhibitor, Palm Beach-based Holden Luntz Gallery.  

A star-studded Interior Design Committee co-hosted by Jamie Drake and Ellie Cullman in a continued effort to integrate the design community into this exciting 'shopping show". Selected designers will curate their favorite picks from the show, which will be displayed in the show's entrance gallery and complimented online through a Pinterest.com promotion. Added extras this year will include a strong lineup of presentations on topics such as Art Deco and the Queen Victoria's Jubilee panel discussions including an exclusive presentation on Doris Duke, Tastemaker of Her Time from the Museum of Arts and Design with guest panelist Wendy Goodman of New York Magazine and book signings produced by Today Show contributor, author and design and lifestyle expert, Susanna Salk.
