Two custom-built, branded Coastal Living beach homes are debuting: the Coastal Living Showhouse in the Cinnamon Shore development on Mustang Island in Texas will open on August 13 and the Coastal Living Beach Cottage in Seagrove, Florida, will open October 2. The Cinnamon Shore home, a development on Mustang Island off the coast of Corpus Christi, will spotlight imaginative interiors by Houston-based designer Bailey McCarthy. The home, which was built from the ground up by Premier Coastal Homes/Waggoner Contracting with the architecture firm Kissling Architecture, will encompass 3,500 square feet and feature four bedrooms. Sponsors include AZEK Building Products, Benjamin Moore, Circa Lighting, Costa del Mar, Lane Venture, LEE Industries, Lloyd Flanders, Marvin Windows and Doors, Moen and Sunbrella.

The Seagrove cottage is Coastal Living's first remodel project and will showcase the interior design work of Paige Schnell of Tracery Interiors. Schnell is known for a style that blends Southern charm with a European influence. Artisan Builders and Mark Schnell of Urban Design are undertaking the reconstruction, and reimagination, of the 2,500-square-foot property. Sponsors include Benjamin Moore, Circa Lighting, Costa del Mar, LEE Industries, Lloyd Flanders, Marvin Windows and Doors, Moen, Visit South Walton and Sunbrella.

Editor of Coastal Living Steele Marcoux said, "The Coastal Living showhomes are always an exceptionally popular editorial feature that our readers look forward to, whether in print, online or in person. I’m thrilled that we’re presenting two this year in equally amazing beach destinations: Cinnamon Shore, Texas, and Seagrove, Florida. And I’m also excited that we’re trying something new: a total renovation that’s sure to be jaw-dropping!”
