Aerin, the global luxury lifestyle brand founded by Aerin Lauder, was awarded the Fashion Group International Rising Star accolade in the Home/Interior Design category last week. Presented by Architectural Digest editor in chief Margaret Russell, the award, now in its 19th year, also recognized the two other finalists in the category, Dipali Patwa of Mela Artisans and Jonathan Savage of Savage Interior Design.

The awards were presented by Fashion Group International, an international nonprofit organization with 5,000 members across the fashion industry, including home, beauty, apparel and accessories.

Aerin was launched four years ago and has experienced its most marked growth in the home category, namely decorative accessories, lighting, bedding, fabric and wallpaper. “The FGI Rising Star award is a great personal achievement and an honor for the Aerin brand,” said Lauder, the company’s founder and creative director. “Beauty is my heritage, but home has always been my passion, so it’s wonderful to be recognized for our work in the home category.”
