Architectural Digest Editor-in-Chief Margaret Russell and interior designer Charlotte Moss, the International Fine Art and Antiques Dealers Show Design Committee co-chairs, will welcome designers to the Park Avenue Armory tomorrow, October 18, for the 24th Annual Preview Party benefitting Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), which runs through October 25.

Guests will be able to dine amid the hedges in the Glorious Food Café, which Russell and Moss have transformed into an elegant French garden parterre.

Author, philanthropist and art collector of Orientalist paintings, Shafik Gabr will serve as Connoisseur Chair; Mary Davidson, Pamela Fiori, Jamee Gregory, Eleanora Kennedy & Kamie Lightburn are Co-Chairs; Allison Aston & Sloan Overstrom are Associate Chairmen; and Celebratory Chairman is Sigourney Weaver. The party is sponsored by Architectural Digest and V&M / Vintage and Modern.

The International Show features 67 of the world’s most influential dealers, with art and antiques ranging from furniture and rare books to jewelry and glass. It has been a New York tradition since 1989, and the Preview Party routinely raises over a half-million dollars, with 100 percent of the profits going to MSKCC.

“We are ecstatic to be hosting” the preview party, said Dr. Annette Rickel, president of MSKCC. “This spectacular evening joins both the art and philanthropy worlds for a great cause.”
