Surrounded by a host of bloggers and industry insiders last month, UK-based home furnishings retailer Amara announced the winners of its first-ever Interior Blog Awards.

The event, at the Rosewood Hotel in London, celebrated the best of the best of interior blogging from the creative and inspiring, to those go-to blogs for advice and home décor inspiration.

“Bloggers are an integral part of the interior design community,” Amara said in a statement, saying the brand “has always worked incredibly close with these talented individuals. Now it's time to give back."

These dozen winners were culled from a list of 286 nominees. The final call was made by a panel of judges including Sam Hood, creative director and founder of Amara; Vanessa Brandy, OBE-President of SBID; interiors writer Katrina Burroughs; Sarah Cole, director at Farrow & Ball; Ann Grafton, managing Director at GP & J Baker; and Martin Waller, co-founder and company director of Andrew Martin.
