As a former editor in chief for several leading business-to-business publications for the home furnishings industry and now a media contributor and consultant in the business, he has chronicled the good, the bad and the ugly of home furnishings and the retailers who sell them in a career spanning four decades. His award winning commentaries elicit both praise and complaints.
