Mexican cooking demo with Hearst and Miele

The Hearst Design Group—Elle Decor, House Beautiful and Veranda—hosted 75 guests for a cooking demonstration with designer Catherine Kwong. The event took place at the Miele Experience Center in Beverly Hills, where Kwong worked with local chef Stephanie Bone to prepare wild Mexican shrimp ceviche and braised beef short rib tacos.
