Rose Cumming Chintzes

Rose Cumming Chintzes is an iconic textile house that was founded by legendary interior designer Rose Cumming. Known for her eclectic and idiosyncratic designs, Cumming began printing textiles—creating some from scratch in addition to recoloring classic English chintzes. (Since then, the fabrics and wallcoverings have been used by top designers, from Mario Buatta to Michael S. Smith.) Today, Rose Cumming Chintzes is owned by The Wells Companies, which is dedicated to preserving the storied textile line and introducing its designs to a new generation. The company is represented by Ainsworth-Noah in Atlanta, Wells Abbott in Texas, Jasper in Los Angeles, and Tissus d’Helene in London.
