What’s the inspiration behind the new collection?
Jackie Fitzgerald: Four Hands is built on a foundation of hospitality. Our high level of service and quality reflects that. At Four Hands, we believe crafting pieces is all about creating space—and about timeless, intentional designs with endless possibilities. They’re pieces that are meant to be experienced, and that form a whole that feels like home, even in hospitality spaces. That’s why many of our top-selling pieces are tested, warrantied and designed to bring the designer’s vision to life in hotels, restaurants, commercial offices and more. No matter the scale of the project, we help you style spaces that people want to keep coming back to.
What was the starting point for this collection?
Jessica Cooksey: Our hospitality collection is rooted in some of our favorite, time-tested styles, and curated based on market research. From listening to our sales team’s feedback, we have a strong understanding of what customers and designers are gravitating toward for hospitality projects. Hospitality customers are looking for brands they can trust to deliver on project needs while also responding to the increased emphasis on style and comfort that the market is demanding. Four Hands took the opportunity to invest in specialized testing, and now we’re introducing a curated collection of bestselling styles that are officially approved for use in hospitality spaces.
How do you feel this collection pushes the brand forward?
Cooksey: We offer a robust mix of products ideal for hospitality spaces, like bistro tables, durable outdoor pieces and flex seating—versatile stools and benches in a variety of styles and sizes.
How does the collection build on or complement your other offerings?
Cooksey: We’re delivering the same quality and the aesthetic that Four Hands is known for, now at the hospitality level.
What about the collection feels fresh and exciting?
Fitzgerald: The Four Hands styles you know and love, tested and warrantied for hospitality spaces. Selections from our curated collection for every room, including art, bath and outdoors. Our assortment features quality pieces that suit a wide range of spaces and styles. These are pieces designed to be mixed and experienced; to shape inspiring spaces. Professional-level tools like detailed specifications, clear pricing, 360-degree product imagery and Revit files help designers plan their projects effectively, while inspiring lifestyle imagery lets them visualize our pieces in their projects. We’re not just selling furniture—we’re delivering an experience backed by the same standards that world-class hospitality demands.
Tell us about the materials in this collection. Are there certain materials used throughout, and/or a material that is a highlight on a particular piece?
Cooksey: We perform comprehensive in-house testing using industry standards and standards similar to and inspired by national leading brands, as well as American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Business and Institional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA) benchmarks. This includes testing product strength, stability and durability, along with abrasion- and stain-resistance on fabrics and finishes. Look for high-performance upholstery, including Crypton fabrics, plus materials designed for outdoor use.
How do you envision designers using this collection?
Cooksey: For our in-stock reserve, we’re protecting our inventory, so designers can get what they need when they need it.
Fitzgerald: Hospitality goes beyond hotels and restaurants. It’s about trust, reliability and creating experiences people can depend on.
