International textile fairs organizer Messe Frankfurt's Home Interior and Contract Textiles division, known as Heimtextil, has grown to nine fairs, the largest of which takes place in Frankfurt am Main January 12-15.

“In a highly globalized market, our fairs open up an opportunity to identify trends, access new business areas and stay one decisive step ahead,” said Detlef Braun, Member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt.

Other shows include Heimtextil Germany in Frankfurt; Heimtextil Russia in Moscow; Home Textiles Sourcing in New York; IFFT / Interior Lifestyle Tokyo / Heimtextil (Spring/Fall); Intertextile Guangzhou Home Textile in Guangzhou; Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles in Shanghai (Spring/Fall); and Heimtextil India in Mumbai.

Due to the growth of exhibitor and visitors to Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles in August 2010, a new spring fair will be launched in the Chinese market for the first time. The inaugural event will take place April 2 to 4, 2011.
