Luxe South Florida, which launched five years ago to cover several counties in the Sunshine State including Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Miami-Dade, will split into two starting this winter. Luxe Palm Beach will focus specifically on Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties, and Luxe Miami will be dedicated to the Miami-Dade area.
“There is so much good design happening—from Palm Beach to Miami to Jupiter Island—and, previously, we’ve only been able to cover so much in one magazine each quarter,” said Pamela Jaccarino, VP and editor-in-chief of Luxe Interiors + Design.
The South Florida edition has doubled in revenue over the past three years, according to Mike Peterson, publisher of Luxe South Florida. “With this change, we’ll virtually double the geography we cater to, enabling us to give more coverage to key design and architecture professionals in these prestigious counties.”
The move will allow Luxe to celebrate the uniqueness of each market, increase rate base by 20%, and grow its Florida distribution from 50,000 to 60,000.
“By creating two separate editions in South Florida, we’ll really be able to address the different design sensibilities of each market and feature even more inspiring projects in our pages,” said Jaccarino.
Published quarterly, Luxe Interiors + Design is owned by SANDOW. Luxe first debuted in Colorado in 2005 and has since grown to 14 metropolitan markets throughout the U.S.
