Spread across 6,800 square feet, this year’s Coastal Living Showhouse has seven bedrooms, three fireplaces and a movie theater, as well as a pool, pool house and gym. Located in Bridgehampton, the showhouse is the first to be built in the Hamptons, and is the 33rd in the magazine’s franchise. It was designed by Meg Braff and built by Touch of Grey, with Fred Throo Architect.

“I’m thrilled to introduce this year’s home in one of America’s most coveted beach locations,” says Coastal Living editor Steele Marcoux. “Everything about the house is stunning, from its secluded, beautiful setting to its timeless, traditional architectural details. Our designer, Meg Braff, is a color genius, and you’ll see one of our favorite design trends, the revival of vintage wallpaper patterns, on full display.”

There are currently 13 sponsors, including AZEK Building Products, Belgard, Circa Lighting, Delta Faucet, InSinkErator, J.McLaughlin, LEE Industries, Lloyd Flanders, Marvin Windows and Doors, Maui Jim, Sunbrella, VELUX Skylights and Viking.

“Every year, our showhouse brings the Coastal Living brand to life, highlighting the best of coastal design and decor,” said Brendan Smyth, associate publisher of Coastal Living and Sunset. “We are thrilled to welcome a roster of sponsors equally prestigious to the vision and location of this special project. We could not achieve this success without their passion and dedication to our brand.”

The showhouse will open for tours daily from June 11 to September 4, Thursday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $35 each, with a portion of the proceeds going to Conscience Point Shellfish Hatchery.
