Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business operations as well as managing merchandise production. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service to our sales team and individual clients.
2. Provide estimates and invoices to our sales team and clients in a timely manner and process deposits and payments to ensure a steady and efficient cash flow.
3. Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely and efficient delivery of overseas products to customers.
4. Assist a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to optimize operational expenses.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to drive business growth.
10. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance, production output, and key metrics.

Bachelor's degree
