We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for visual merchandising. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales goals, maintaining showroom presentation standards, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

This role will be responsible for leading all facets of the business in the territory, focusing on developing business in both the A&D and consumer sales channels, as well as maintaining the physical location.

Duties/Responsibilities:
 Achieve personal and showroom sales plan
 Develop and execute strategies to grow sales in the territory
 Effectively manage accounts and relationships in CRM system
 Grow brand presence in the A&D community through networking, outreach, and showroom events
 Partner with Regional Sales Manager to drive traffic and support outside sales efforts
 Ensure an exceptional customer experience from quote to installation
 Maintain visual brand standards in the showroom
 Manage all operational aspects of the showroom
 Hire, train and manage additional showroom team members as needed
 Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
 BA or BS is preferred
 3-5 years leadership experience, preferably in luxury home furnishings
 3-5 years sales experience maintaining and growing a book of business in the A&D channel
 Superior organization and leadership skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
 Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Hubspot CRM system preferred
 Ability to handle difficult situations and to provide superior client service to both external and internal clients and staff.
 The ability to travel as required (10%).
