Chelsea Textiles is world renowned for making beautiful, hand-embroidered fabrics for over 30 years. More recently, it has expanded its collection to include wovens, prints, stripes, silks, velvets, trimmings and wallpapers, all designed to perfectly complement its embroidery collection. The company is seeking a Sales Associate to work across the fabrics, trimmings and wallpaper departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for textiles and interiors with a confident and friendly manner. Experience in a showroom setting is preferred.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting clients in the showroom, via email or over the phone on all fabric and accessories inquiries
- Giving out memos and following up with clients who have requested them
- Help put together schemes across all products
- Working with high-end interior designers to help realize their projects, making suggestions based on your knowledge of the products
- Assisting the sales team where needed
- Keeping showroom appearance to a high standard
