St. Charles has a luxury client base that include architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage large-scale projects with high-end clientele through all phases: concept through installation
• Liaise with Creative Director, clients, contractors, vendors, and employees
• Coordinate/collaborate with outside Architect or Interior Designer as needed
• Work with Creative Director to implement design
• Create and maintain estimates, project budgets and schedules, maintain project binders
• Serve as Client liaison for sending proposals and tracking proposal approval and payment
• Create schematic drawings and renderings to assist in creation of design presentations
• Participate in client presentations
• Request quotes and write proposals
• Manage project-related customer service issues
• Oversee construction, including preparing contractor documents and punch lists
• Coordinate and attend client meetings and prepare project-meeting notes for distribution
• Work with Senior Project Manager to set ordering priorities, place, and track orders, and prepare project status

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior/kitchen design
• Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture from an accredited program
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office required
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen design and space planning, working knowledge of construction methods
• Understanding of cabinetry construction, detailing, and related shop drawing review process
• Strong knowledge and experience specifying high-end appliances and countertop products
• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with superior analytical and problem-solving
skills
• Possess the requisite skills and be motivated to provide efficient, timely and excellent customer service
• This is a fast pace office so the candidate must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously
• Discretion is a must
