Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams has hired fashion industry veteran Paul Seston in a newly created role of COO. Seston has previous experience as COO at Blanco Spain, in addition to working with brands including Duchamp London, AllSaints, The Kooples and CPEhr.
Texas-based interior architecture firm lauckgroup has made a number of new hires, among them Kendra Ordia as senior project designer; Maddie Meylor as junior interior designer; Foster Cranz as designer; and Stacie Smith as designer.
Bill Bouchey has joined HOK as a principal and director of design for interiors in New York. Bouchey brings experience earned at VOA Associates, and clients including Canon USA, Christie’s, Viacom, Teach for America, Milliken and WPP.
Dallas-based multidisciplinary firm MatchLine Design Group has hired Emily Winters as a junior designer. Winters brings recent experience as a design stylist for West Elm, and will work on projects including the Aloft hotel at Garza Ranch (a new build in Austin) and the Hampton Inn Spartanburg (a renovation in South Carolina).

Susan Becher is stepping back from PR firm Susan Becher & Associates after 35 years. Julia Duke and Molly Bates will run the company, and Becher will continue to consult and advise.
Etosha Moh has joined The Consultancy PR as managing director and Gracie Silverman has joined the team as an account manager. Rosalind Dean has left the company to pursue independent consulting.
Katharina Weisflog, formerly marketing and public relations manager at Vitra, is now account director with Novita, with clients including Salone del Mobile.Milano, Duravit, HBF/HBF Textiles, Spoonflower/Roostery, Culture.PL and Arborite.
Allison Day has left her role at UpSpring PR and is now senior account manager on the Home & Design team at HL Group.
International Market Centers has restructured its sales and marketing teams, resulting in a number of movement across the company, including a new home furnishings business unit, which will be led by Julie Messner and Ryan Mahoney. Both will continue to report to Scott Eckman, who has been named president of furniture and home decor leasing/chief strategy officer. Messner has been named senior vice president of furniture and home decor leasing and will continue to manage traditional furniture accounts, in addition to managing home accent and accessory accounts, high-end and designer channel home furnishings, the Las Vegas Design Center and the Showtime market, as well as all temporary trade show leasing in High Point. Mahoney has been promoted to senior vice president of furniture leasing, and will manage furniture and bedding accounts, in addition to temporary furniture leasing in Las Vegas. Lee Hershberg has been named to the new role of VP of home decor leasing and Las Vegas Design Center. Rhonda Jackson, director of leasing, will manage trade show leasing in High Point. Dorothy Belshaw will continue in her role as IMC’s president of gift leasing and will also serve as chief marketing officer. Terence Morris, who is being promoted to senior vice president of gift and trade show leasing, will manage leasing for Las Vegas Market gift-specific permanent showrooms and gift and home decor temporary exhibits in The Pavilions.
