Job Description

Looking for a high-energy, motivated Showroom Manager with solid leadership skills and capable of leading a sales and design team, while driving sales by implementing LLG selling and customer service strategy on a daily basis. The Showroom Manager will also be responsible for all aspects of ordinary store operations, merchandise presentation, delivery and pick-up process, expense control and some human resources functions as training and evaluations. Reporting skills are essential. Individual must have 5-7 years management experience preferably with high-end furniture stores. This position requires well-developed sales management skills and solid track record of building a business.

Job Requirements

Demonstrates success in meeting sales goals and growing sales, keeping a full and consistent respect of our Discount Policy.
Manages, motivate and develop the sales team.
Makes a proactive effort in presenting new sales plans and programs to Management.
Ensures the Store and all the displays are neat and tidy all the times.
He/She will be responsible for stock management and ordering.
Ensures window and showroom displays are installed in a timely manner to LLG standards.
Maintains the Luxury Living Group image to the higher standards.
Reviews inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
Ensures that LLG customers are extended the highest level of customer service at all time.
Produces reports covering objectives set, results achieved and sales forecast to maximize sales opportunities with retails clients and the trade.
Develops and extends the customer account base through local marketing initiatives.
Technical expertise and knowledge of LLG brands and collections.
Provides input and recommendations to Upper Management on merchandising, promotional pricing needs, store layout and any other showroom and sales requirements.
Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale.
Assist Upper Management with marketing campaigns, planning and implementation.
Oversees accuracy and organization of customer files.
Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
Oversees all activities related to ordering, receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner.
Uses appropriate office technologies to process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts.
Assists with special projects such as trade shows.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
