Rose Tarlow Melrose House’s Los Angeles flagship seeks an organized, collaborative individual to join our showroom team. This role involves a mix of sales and administrative duties.

- Provide crucial sales support for the sales team
- Responsible for pulling client sample requests
- Ship all necessary items out of our showroom to clients
- Manage sample library & replenish memo’s on a running weekly basis
- Answering phones
- Maintains adequate levels of office supplies/order new supplies as needed
- Ensure that the showroom and office space is neat and organized at all times
- Assist Sales team with any and all “post payment” follow up
- Additional duties as assigned

We are seeking a candidate that can learn the fundamentals of our showroom and grow within our company.

- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor and a positive, self-starter attitude is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google Docs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects
- Must be proactive and diligent about follow up on all tasks, completing them with efficiency and precision.
- Professional dress code required
