Job Description

The Sales Associate, Custom Carpet role is a critical conduit between the B2B high-end luxury design community and abc custom studio. The roles’ primary responsibility will be driving top line results by prospecting, pitching and presenting studio product lines and services to the high-end luxury design firms. They should be familiar with the high-end luxury landscape with the ability to research, network and connect the studio with the top design talent in the industry globally. They are expected to possess a dynamic & charismatic personality with a curated sense of style who has an innate ability to confidently and effectively pitch abc’s brand identity & ethos. They are a highly motivated, self-starting and result oriented individual who can work in a goal driven environment. They are expected to work in a team environment possessing a high-level of interpersonal and collaboration skills. They should have a heightened intuitiveness which will allow them to complete the sales cycle seamlessly.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a highly competitive team for a luxury brand
Exceptional organizational skills and eye for design
Strong communication and collaboration skills with an active engagement mindset
Results and action orientation with the ability to take proactive measures to get results
Proven ability to lead and influence change in the face of complexity and challenge
Flexibility and ability to adapt to this iterative process over time
Proficient in Microsoft, Google & Adobe suite, salesforce preferred
