We are a boutique residential firm with projects across the US. Candidate must be extremely organized, good knowledge of CAD, presentation software experience and be able to execute projects from design concept to project launch or installation. Looking for a part time in person in Greenwich office. Tasks to include trips to design center, client projects, local business errands, and office/project calendar coordination. Ideal candidate to have experience client facing in high end projects, as well as positive outlook towards life in general.
-CAD
-Daily status updates
-Working with venders on purchase orders, delivery, and installation
-Professional correspondence with clients, brand reps, venders, and product development team
-Outlook Calendar Proficient
-Domestic and international travel
-Office and digital filing organization skills
-Design presentation experience
-Knowledge of high end interior design
